Keyholder form

Please note:

• There is a minimum requirement of 2 keyholders with at least 1 telephone number each if the system is to have Police response.
• You may add an email address for each keyholder but this is in addition to, and not a replacement, for a telephone number.
• This form will not automatically update the keyholders with the monitoring station. The request will be manually processed by a member of our team. This is for security reasons.
