Android and IOS apps.
This link will take you to the  HIKVision APP store.  With these apps you can view your HIKVision CCTV system in live view and playback. This link is for Android and IOS users.
The Pyronix HomeControl2.0 app allows you to control your Pyronix control panel remotely, receive notifications in the event of an activation and check the system history.
The Pyronix ProControl+ app allows you to control your Pyronix control panel remotely, receive notifications in the event of an activation and check the system history. You can also view your HIKVision CCTV system in live view and playback. 
The Paxton Connect app allows you to control your Paxton Net2 system panel remotely. Please note that this is only compatible with Net2 Pro. 
Remote support.
This link will take you to the  SOS splashtop page.  With this app we can remotely connect to your desktop to give assistance. This link is for Windows and MAC users. Only use this link if instructed by one of our engineers. The app runs independently and does not install on your machine.
Windows and MAC apps.
This link will take you to the  HIKVision IVMS 4200 page.  With this app you have full control of your HIKVision CCTV system including live view and playback. This link is for Windows and MAC users.
Useful Web Pages
Speedtest.net is used to test the speed of your internet connection to your device.
Please note that it displays the speed to your device (phone, computer or tablet) and not the router.  It is increasingly common that the router may have faster download speeds than WIFI can operate at. 
nperf.com is an alternative tool to test the speed of your internet connection. This tool uses a plugin so is not slowed down by your browser. 
This tool is better used for testing ultra high speed connections as their servers can test up to 10Gbs speed. 
Some devices require security ports to be opened on your router and configured to allow remote traffic to access the device.
The checking tool enables you see if the settings have been configured correctly.
This web page will display your external internet IP address.
