Refund Policy


You may use this online payment form to pay for any invoice that you have received from Haven Security.

Please follow the process carefully and verify the details are correct at the confirmation screen.

If you have made a payment in error, or entered an incorrect amount, a full refund will be issued.

If within 14 days you change your mind, you can receive a full refund as long as none of Haven Security's services or parts have been used. 

If you would like a refund or have made a mistake with the payment form, please contact our office on 01273 586801 as soon as possible. Once the payment has cleared, we will happily refund the transaction.
