Delivery and Returns Policy

If you are paying for a maintenance contract and have not already had your service visit, please call our service department on 01273 579922 to book your visit.

If you have an issue with your system, please call 01273 586801 and we will arrange for a visit to your property to fix the problem.

Because Haven Security's products involve a physical visit to your property, you can not return products or services.
